Hi! We are Bert, Joy, and Samuel, we are so happy to meet you! Thank you for considering us. We want you to know we have great compassion for all you are going through. Making a plan for your child’s future is a big decision and we admire your courage. 

A little about us. We’ve been married for almost six years, and Samuel is a rambunctious 4-year-old. We have many close friends at work and at our church who have been blessed with children through adoption. We are both in education and love to travel as a family. We are both close with our extended families and we love to camp, spend time on the lake and have sleepovers with our cousins. 

We have a 13-year-old dog, Robbie with a sweet personality and we also have two cats, Attucks and Harper. The three of them love each other and they love our kiddo too.  

We are ready to open our hearts and home to another child. We care deeply about what is just, right, and good and will seek to raise a child with patience, forgiveness, strong values and enduring love. Thank you again for taking a moment to consider us. We wish you the best during this journey.
